No contract will be formed until the order placed by the customers has been confirmed by JG/JD after full payment of the products has been received by JG/JD. Product particulars, such as specifications, weight and pricing are estimations and for information only. JG/JD have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colours and sizes of its products on the website but does not guarantee that the same will be displayed on the user's terminal due to screen defaults or photography techniques.

GOVERNING LAW
The terms and provisions contained herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Hong Kong.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION
Personal data of the users supplied to or otherwise collected by JG/JD through the website is for the purpose of processing the application as the user initiated, including but not limited to the user's application to becoming a member of the Just Gold Club and/or the Just Diamond Club or application for a job vacancy at JG/JD via Internet. If a user wants to change or enquire about the data submitted by him to JG/JD, please write to the Customer Services Department at JG/JD by e-mail to info@justgold.cc. When the user visits the web-site, JG/JD may record his visit only and will not collect the user's PI unless otherwise stated. The website may derives the user's other information through some simple technical methods including datatracking software on what areas of the website the user visits most often which helps JG/JD to present to the user with information and features he is most interested. JG/JD may use the PI provided and demographic and profile data collected from the user from time to time to provide personalised content and services as well as to improve the design and services of the website. JG/JD may use such information and data for marketing and promotion purposes on an aggregate basis without revealing the user's identity. Normally, JG/JD may share the user's information or PI with its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. Once the user has provided JG/JD his PI, the user may receive from JG/JD or its affiliated companies from time to time telephone calls, email and direct mailings containing promotional materials. If a user prefers not to receive such communications, he may contact JG/JD at info@justgold.cc. A user can always access, correct or update his PI on the website, simply by clicking "Update Information" on the Homepage after logging in. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his passwords and JG/JD shall not be liable for any loss as a result of the user's voluntary disclosure of his password or his failure to secure his passwords. In this website, the user may find linking to other affiliated sites of JG/JD, which are operated by third party affiliates of JG/JD.
